How it works
From brief to bake-ready.
Four steps, no surprises. You see the design and the price before we cut a single sheet.
- 01
Send the brief
Drop your concept, references, and the part's dimensions. Tell us your finish — Cerakote bake, air-cure, paint mask, hydro-dip. The wilder the idea, the better.
- 02
Concept + quote
Within 1–2 business days you get a digital mock-up and a fixed price. Most commissions land between $80 and $250 depending on detail and sheet count.
- 03
Approve, we cut
We don't start cutting until you've signed off on the design. Stencils are cut from heat-rated vinyl and packed flat. Production usually takes 5–7 business days.
- 04
Ship + apply
Sized for the exact build you described and shipped in a single envelope. Bake-rated for Cerakote, equally clean for non-bake jobs.
What we make
If you can build it, we can pattern it.
Every commission is one of one. We don't run reissues, we don't carry your design in a catalog after we ship it. It's yours.
- Original camo patterns sized to slides, frames, long guns, bows, scopes
- Themed lockups — handles, mottos, family crests — cut to fit a specific receiver or knife scale
- Layered multi-color builds with base / secondary / overlay sheets that register cleanly
- Memorial pieces, club and unit insignia, hunt-trip commemoratives
- Beyond Cerakote: paint masking, hydro-dip prep, helmet wraps, knife handles — anywhere you need a sharp, repeatable edge
The material
One vinyl.
Every finish.
Cut from precision adhesive vinyl rated for the bake cycles Cerakote and other heat-cured coatings demand. Sticks clean, peels clean, doesn't bleed at the edge.
The same stencil runs equally well on non-bake work — paint masking, hydro-dip prep, helmet wraps, knife handles. You buy one stencil; you decide how to finish.
Ships flat in a single envelope, application instructions included. We don't pre-bake or weather-test individual commissions — the material specs are the material specs.
Common questions
Before you brief us.
- Will it actually fit my exact part?
- That's the whole point. Send dimensions and reference photos with your brief — if the part has a tricky contour, send a tracing or DXF and we'll work from that. Sizing is part of the design pass, not an afterthought.
- Are these really originals?
- Originals only. We don't reproduce trademarked patterns or another shop's signature work — that's bad for your business and ours. We will riff on themes, eras, and references you describe.
- Can I use them on non-Cerakote jobs?
- Yes. The vinyl is rated for Cerakote bake cycles, but heat-rated doesn't mean bake-only. Same stencil works for paint masking, hydro-dip prep, helmet wraps, knife scales — anything that needs a sharp, repeatable edge.
- What if the concept isn't right?
- We won't start cutting until you've signed off on the digital mock-up. Concept revisions are part of the process — we'd rather get the design right than ship a stencil you can't use.
- Got a customer waiting on me?
- Mention the deadline in your brief. We'll flag it in the quote if we can't hit it, so you can quote your customer with real numbers instead of a guess.
