They carry a 200°F / 93°C temperature rating. Up to that line the adhesive pulls clean with no edge lift or transfer; past 200°F it can start leaving residue on the part, so that's the number we stand behind. Air-cure and low-temperature cure schedules sit comfortably inside it.
No, and that's intentional. Reusing a stencil compromises registration on the second pass — even a half-millimeter shift looks bad on a finished receiver. We size every stencil for one perfect build instead of three mediocre ones.
No. We use a low-tack, residue-free adhesive specifically chosen for thermally-cured coatings. Peel slowly at a shallow angle while the part is still warm to the touch.
